I take my seat at my studio desk, I know everything has it’s place.
My iMac positioned to the left, my pencil pots at the back, my Black Widow Wax colouring pencils in their compact tactical display case begging to be put through their paces.
My Wacom Intuos 5 Pro Medium Tablet and Stylus sit atop my A2 sky blue coloured cutting mat. I have sketchbooks of all sizes cued up side by side, some old some new. I have business cards featuring my new logo with the Pencil in the negative space, these also happen to feature a most useful QR Code, which will lead you directly to this website.
Filling my desk shelf, I have a long list of books, many of which are informative and educational, I love and adore the ‘Art of’ books, film and animation themed books, I have anatomy books, colour theory books, figure reference. I have books by illustrators and Character artists I admire. I even have a 1975 printed edition of Jaws by Peter Benchley, a gift from my father.
Each tool has it’s place on my desk, each book has it’s place on the shelf, they all have their uses. I have my favourites!

Art & design is my life. The only subject I ever truly enjoyed or excelled in. Throughout College in Milton Keynes Buckinghamshire, I studied Fine Art & Graphic Design. It was here I discovered a passion for Logo design and Branding. I followed up my HND Graphic Design course with a 2 Year course at the University of Sunderland.
I love drawing and I love drawing for others too. I consider creativity to be my way of expressing the ideas, events and characters and personalities I observe in my life. I use this information and visual language to help communicate my vision and share that vision with my audience.

I have spent many years doing what I do, I have invested much time, money, blood sweat and tears in pursuing my dreams and aspirations. I have sacrificed many things in my life in pursuit of my goals to obtain my knowledge, skills and a career.
